If you are a Carnival VIFP Club member, the Ship-Hop sailing will automatically be linked to your VIFP account when you login to the Carnival website to check-in online, as it is attached to your Carnival account. So your sailing points will be added to your account following the cruise.
If you are not yet a VIFP member, but create a membership via your Carnival account, you can then add your number to the sailing, or claim the sailing following the cruise to be credited with the points.
Regarding VIFP perks, please be advised that not all VIFP member benefits are available on private chartered sailings. For instance, there will be no VIP check-in for platinum and diamond guests in the terminal, and there is no platinum/diamond party onboard. Also, we print custom key cards, so your sail and sign card will not be colored based on your status. That said, you can have one printed for you at Guest Services once on board. Beyond that, all of the other VIFP perks (gifts, drinks, water, etc) should be honored as normal by Carnival on board.
Although it is not technically required, we strongly recommends that ALL of our guests travel with a passport, valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. Having a valid passport will help to expedite the debarkation experience as delays may be expected upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, this will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to meet their ship at a foreign port should they miss their scheduled port of embarkation and allow guests who must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the U.S. without significant delays and complications.

ALL SHIP-HOP DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Due to the unique nature of our event, all cabin reservation cancellations are non-refundable for any amount or any reason, and forfeits all payments. There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policies. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
All cancellation and reservations changes must be submitted in writing via email to email@example.com. The date that such written notice of cancellation is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees per the above schedule. No exceptions will be made.
If a flight or other delay for any reason prevents you from joining the cruise by the boarding time on the departure date, you will be considered a no-show, and we cannot provide a full or partial refund or credit toward a future cruise. Please note that your decision not to travel due to State Department advisories or fear of travel will constitute cancellation by you. No refund or credit will be given for any unused features or early departures for any reason.
All cabin deposits are based on a minimum of double occupancy. Single guests are responsible for the full double-occupancy rate of their cabin. Single guests will receive a discount of $199 off of the second cruise fare. In all cases, single guests will only be charged one add-on fee of $250 for taxes and fees.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance from Travel Guard Travel Insurance to protect you against financial loss due non-refundable costs and fees due to unexpected cancellations and travel emergencies.

Travel Guard also offers an optional Cancel for Any Reason policy that must be purchased with your initial payment or deposit. If you have to cancel for a non-covered reason, the Cancel for Any Reason option will reimburse you 50% of your non-refundable costs; covered reasons will receive a 100% refund. Travel Guard will determine the amount of your refund based on the documentation you provide to them.
In the event of cancellation, you must first contact our reservations team at ASK4 Reservations in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then, you must contact Travel Guard directly to submit a claim and request a refund.

Boarding will be denied to any person who will enter her third trimester (27th; twenty-seventh week) of pregnancy by the time of the Cruise or during the cruise and to infants under six (6) months old.
By booking the Cruise, you warrant that you, and those traveling with you, are physically fit to travel at the time of embarkation. You assume all risks associated with travel and transportation on the Cruise. While at sea or in port, the availability of medical care may be limited and/or delayed. Per our Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that all or part of the Cruise may be in areas where medical care and/or evacuation may not be available. You agree to indemnify and reimburse SR and/or CCL in the event that either party, in its sole discretion, to advance to you the cost of emergency medical care, including medical evacuation and/or medical care provided ashore, as well as transportation and/or lodging in connection therewith. SR shall have no responsibility to advance any such costs.
Double staterooms have two lower twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed.
Triple staterooms have two lower twin beds which can convert to a king-sized bed, with either an upper pullman, sofa-bed, or trundle available for 3rd guests.

Single Guest Discount
Single guests will receive a discount of $199 off of the second cruise fare.
Carnival Cruise Line uses an E-Documents system, which will allow you to check-in online prior to the cruise, and print your boarding pass and other cruise documents, similar to an airline E-Ticket. A few weeks prior to the cruise, you will be emailed your unique booking number and will be directed to Carnival’s Online Check-In Page. Online Check-in is available anytime up to 24 hours before the date of departure. Those not able to use Carnival’s Online Check-in will still have the opportunity to check-in at the pier on the date of depature.
